Clicking on any of the FIND buttons will take you to the Find a Property page. Get started by selecting the State in which you wish to begin your search. After selecting a State you can narrow the number of properties displayed by selecting a city or cities or you can use zip codes if you know them. These options keep the locations specific to where you want to look. Then, after displaying those properties you can narrow even more by clicking the Advanced Search Button on the Search Results of Properties displayed and define the price range, the number of bedrooms or many other property features. This will make it easy for Step by Step selecting those features that are important to you in finding the right property. |

The best way to get your Ad up in the shortest amount of time is by being prepared. Take few minutes and sit down with paper and pen, or on your computer and write a great description of your property. Describe the features that make your property a “real buy”. Then, take plenty of photos of your property. Decide on a dozen or so that really make your property look great! With those two tasks completed, the rest of the process is less than 15 minutes. |

Your photos need to be JPG files. Be sure when saving the photos to your computer, or after view or editing the photos to save them as .jpg files. The size is adjusted automatically by our website to be fit the display screens for viewing in “Supersize” mode. |

No user sign up is needed unless you want to use the great friendly features that require us to send you info like; PropertyWatch, where each time new property is Advertised that meets you specific needs and desires is Posted, you get an email alert so you can see it first! For that we need some info about you and how to get in contact by email. So, ok you need to give us the minimal info and setup a member account with user name and password so you can manager those properties. You may also want to mark properties that interest you for later consideration. We call that Favorites and to manage that you need your user account too. It's easy, no charge and we DON'T email or call you. That's NOT the PropertyNut way. |

It's so Easy! Clicking on FIND anywhere you see it takes you to Step1 where you pick the State. Now you can see all properties in that State OR go ahead and pick a City or Cities OR you can use Zip Codes if you know them. Next Step is to pick your property category (Residential or Land or Rental or Student Housing, etc.) and of course the property type (single family home, condo... or Land Lots for homes or Commercial Land.... or Student Apartments or Condos and so on) and that’s it! Click Continue and see what's being offered on PropertyNut. ** Remember *** Properties are being added every minute of everyday by owners, agents and property managers; check back OFTEN!! |

Not yet. We are looking seriously into an IDX or auto-scraping system which would allow for this to happen. However, we do know there is value in putting the ads up yourselves onto PropertyNut. It allows you to use and explore all of the great features of the website. In an effort to simplify the process a little, you can cut and paste from MLS into PropertyNut. The nice thing is, it only takes 10-15 minutes to put your ad onto ProeprtyNut. From there it goes to a dozen other sites. So, that's an average of 12 minutes per ad to go out to a dozen sites...this breaks down to 1 minute per website for the exposure of your ad!!! How great is that?! |

by STEP Instructions to complete the payment process for your ads on PropertyNut®
Note: The newly enhanced website with
improved marketing of your ads by PropertyNut® will
be active November 6, 2007. Follow these simple instructions to complete the
check out process.
- Go to PropertyNut.com and click on MyPropertyNut
and sign in.
- Click on MyCurrentAds.
You will see that PropertyNut®
has labeled all of your ads Finish then CheckOut in the
Status column. Ads that came over from the previous version of PropertyNut are
Actively
displaying and await your payment. Select the Ads that you want to
place in your Cart for checkout. You have 3 options to select the ads:
Option 1 - You can check the individual selection box or boxes to the far right of
each ad you want to place in your cart.
- Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and
click either Review Cart or Checkout button.
- If you click Review Cart, you will see the
list of ads you selected and your monthly total. Click the Check Out
Now button to continue the process.
- You will now be on the Review Cart Page with
your billing information added. You will see that PropertyNut®
automatically filled in the Billing Details
from your Member Account, which you can edit.
- Enter the credit card information on the right
side that you will use for your monthly recurring ad charges and click the
Continue button.
Option 2 - You can click the "All Ads" button which will put all your ads in
the Cart.
- This option will take you to the Review Cart
Page which will show your total monthly billing amount. Click the Check
Out Now Button.
- You will now be on the Review Cart Page with
