• Underwater homeowners have more hope.  A change in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac refinance guidelines should eliminate some of the home value issues that have prevented refinances.  The program should begin in December and hit full stride by March of 2012.  This means fewer homes may end up in foreclosure or short sale situations.   Keeping those homes out of the active inventory should help to continue our price stabilization in Tucson.  If you want more details, contact us.
