Where do I work?  My first love is the Historic Districts - Coronado, Willo, Roosevelt, Woodlea, F. Q. Story - anywhere there is a neighborhood with older homes, wood floors and charm and personality.  Will I work in Goodyear?  I have found homes for my clients in Goodyear, Glendale, Mesa, Gilbert, South Phoenix, North Phoenix, Scottsdale.  I am dedicated to giving clients the best possible home buying or selling experience. 

Do I have REO experience?  I do have both selling and buying REO experience.  Do I handle short sales?  Yes, from both the selling and buying sides.  I have the NAR designation SFR designation, which stands for Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource person.  

I live in the Coronado neighborhood and my office is located in my home.  By working from home,  I am able to respond quickly to any request - whether a phone call, text message or email.

Some of my other passions are volunteering at Crisis Nursery, which is a shelter and Early HeadStart program for young children who are at risk for abuse and neglect, gardening and Grandparenting my new granddaughter, Addison.
