Active Adult Communites...Something to Consider!

I never thought that I would be living in an Active Adult Community and selling real estate ther as well, but five years ago, my husband and I landed literally in Surprise, AZ in one of the most beautiful Del Webb communities call Sun City Grand. It did not take us long to decide that this is where we wanted to live and work. The lifestyle it lends itself to is one synonimous with its description "Actve"! Every kind of activity, you desire is here from fitness to art, music to billards, dominoes to hiking...you name it and if it doesn't exist, start it!!!

We were especially attracted to the fitness and sports available with two beautiful fitness centers available, two outdoor pools, one inside pool, two jacuzzi's, sports courts for tennis, pickleball, bocci ball  and lawn bowling. A state of the art softball field hosting 28 teams too!

For the arts minded, there is the SC Grand Drama Club, Music Club, Dance Club and Art Club. Pottery is also available as well as stained glass, sewing, stitchery. The LifeLong Learning Center offers courses on various subjects, over 500 clubs for various activities not to mention the biking and walking paths, ponds for fishing...the list goes on.

My job as a real estate agent couldn't be more interesting and exciting, as I can share truly the lifestyle that I live with potential buyers. My being involved with the Drama Club for the past five years, the Pickelball Club and Masters Swim Team has made me a living, breathing honest participant in this community and lifestyle so that I can share my experiences with those that are beginning to search for their retirment home.
