I enjoy serving both sellers and buyers and am pleased that 2010 was a career year for me with 28 transactions sides closed, representing just under $5 million in sales!  With 22 transactions closed and 2 currently in escrow, a strong listing inventory, and a slew of qualified buyers, 2011 is turning out to be another successful year of providing client-first service.  I feel that anything I can do to facilitate your buying and selling experience, I will do.  I work smartly to anticipate difficulties and either avoid them or provide a solution before they become problems. 

Yes, I have an alphabet soup behind my name.  I do this to stay up to date on pertinent issues and to best represent my clients!  I have become an Associate Broker and have earned the designations of Realtor®, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Distressed Properties Expert (CDPE), and ePro®.
