    I can not thank Bill Salvatore of Realty Executives Team III enough for his excellent assistance in finding and helping me through the purchase of my new home in Arizona.  Thanks mostly to him I will no longer be a snowbird, as soon I will be leaving snowy and overtaxed (to death) New York State for beautiful and sunny Arizona.   I recently made a trip to Arizona to visit my father, who moved there from New York about 23 years ago.  While on vacation I had the privilege of meeting Bill Salvatore.  On April 7, 2009,  Bill took me to look at six homes in a price range that I could afford, four of which were located on a golf course subdivision, a dream come true.  By the end of the day I had submitted an offer for one of the aforementioned homes and less than two days later was informed that the bank had accepted my offer.    Today is April 29, 2009,  a mere 22 days later,  and I am preparing to move to Arizona, as I was notified by Bill that the closing went through today without a hitch.  It has long been a dream of mine to move to Arizona upon my retirement.  Thanks to Bill Salvatore I am realizing that dream 14 years earlier than planned. Nothing more needs to be said, but I'll say it anyways.   Bill Salvatore is a true professional.  I was treated with, and I further believe that he treats all of his clients, with the utmost respect.  If you are looking to buy a home in Arizona,  I seriously doubt that you could do any better working with any other real estate agent.  He made purchasing a house seem like a walk in the park, which I soon will be able to do 12 months out of the year without freezing to death.   Just to put the record straight, this testimonial is NOT a paid endorsement.  I truly mean every word printed.

   I met Bill Salvatore through my family. When it came time to look for my first house I called Bill. Upon meeting with him I knew he would be the right person for the job. His attention to detail and genuine concern for my needs is what makes Bill Salvatore stand out. He set up a custom house search criteria with all the characteristics and location requirements I wanted. I received daily emails with new houses to the market that met those criteria. As a first time home buyer, it can all be very overwhelming if you don’t have a realtor that can take the time to explain everything to you. Bill took that time for me. He walked me through each step; setting up the house criteria, looking at house, making an offer, accepting an offer, what to expect during the inspection, helping me work with my mortgage company and the title company, and many other important tasks. Bill also explained to me the paperwork I was signing in an easy to understand manor. I highly recommend Bill Salvatore. It is hard to find people who will go that extra mile for you. Bill made me feel like I was his only client when in fact he had many. He was always easy to get a hold of and answered my questions promptly and with great detail. I will definitely use Bill Salvatore again when the time comes.

    Today we finished closing on our new home.  Funding was yesterday, but they needed to record the documents in person at the clerk's office.  Jeanie, Ashley, and I want to thank you so much for helping us with our home purchase.  Initially we were a little intimidated with the size of the Phoenix metro area, and with the multitude of choices available to us.  We appreciate your willingness to set up the internet searches for us, and to guide us through all the nuances of buying a home in today's complicated market.  Your patience with us, especially in going with us in our vehicle and waiting while we got Ashley in and out of her wheelchair is a blessing to our family.  We also appreciate your willingness to schedule times to visit the homes at such odd hours to accommodate our hectic lives.  Your suggestions for mortgage lenders we could check out proved to be great also, and I think it's safe to say that we were able to choose well, thanks to you.  I'm not sure how the whole process could have been any smoother.   We are really excited to be able to move soon, and look forward to having you visit to see how the home looks after the remodel project is done.   Thanks again for a job well done.  We look forward to telling our new friends where to get a great Realtor.

      We just finished purchasing our first home and I have to say Bill Salvatore was great. We had been looking for a home to purchase over the last 2 years and during that time we had worked with 2 different real estate agents before we found Bill. The previous agents seemed indifferent to our needs and seemed more interested in other clients than in helping us find the right home for our family. Bill was extremely helpful and really put our needs first.
